SMS terms and conditions

1. Program name and sender

OG Construction Crew Texts is the text-message program of OG Construction Corp. ("OG Construction", "we"). Texts come from OG Construction's business phone number. This program is for OG Construction employees only. It is not a marketing program.

2. Who receives texts and how you opt in

Only employees who gave OG Construction their mobile number and agreed to receive work texts during hiring or onboarding. Consent is separate from other paperwork and is not required as a condition of employment. How opt-in works, with the exact consent wording, is on our SMS opt-in page.

3. Types of messages

• A one-time link to set up or reset your account in the OG Construction crew app (app.ogcrews.com).
• Crew schedule changes: your work days, start times, and job assignments.
• Job-site updates: where to report, site notes, and safety or weather notices.

We do not send promotions, offers, or advertising through this program.

3a. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. It depends on your work schedule and job assignments. You may receive several texts in a week when schedules change, and none in a week when nothing changes.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. OG Construction does not charge for texts. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply under your plan.

5. How to opt out (STOP)

Reply STOP to any text from OG Construction to stop receiving texts. You will get one final text confirming you are opted out, and then no more texts. You can also opt out by calling (907) 617-7484 or emailing OGconstructionPro@gmail.com. If you opt out, OG Construction will reach you by email, phone call, or in person instead.

8. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device, and OG Construction does not guarantee that every message will be delivered. Do not rely on a text alone for a time-critical change; if you are unsure, call the office.

9. Supported carriers

Major US carriers are supported. Availability may vary by carrier and device.

10. Your mobile number and privacy

We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number or your text-message consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your consent applies only to this program and cannot be transferred. See our Privacy Policy.

11. Keeping your number current

If you change or give up your mobile number, tell the office so we can update or remove it.
