This site does not use analytics, advertising trackers or third-party form services, and it does not set cookies.

Website visitors and customers

What we collect

Only what you type into our quote form or rough price tool: your name, phone, email, address or neighborhood, project details, preferred contact method, and the page you sent it from. The rough price tool may work without contact details until you choose to send it to us.

How we use it

We use it to respond to your request, prepare a quote and follow up about your project. Form submissions go to OG Construction's own system at app.ogcrews.com. We do not sell your information.

Email and phone

If you email or call us, we receive the information you share in that message or call.

Job applications

Applications sent by email are used only to consider you for work with OG Construction.

Text messages (SMS) to employees

OG Construction Corp. runs one text-message program, OG Construction Crew Texts. It is for our own employees only. We do not send marketing or promotional texts, and we do not text customers or the public through this program.

What we collect for texting

Your name, your mobile phone number, your role, and the date and way you agreed to receive texts. We collect this when you are hired or onboarded and you choose to give us your mobile number for work texts.

How we use it

We use your mobile number only to send you work-related texts: a one-time link to set up your account in the OG Construction crew app (app.ogcrews.com), crew schedule changes, and job-site updates. Message frequency varies with your work schedule. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not share or sell your mobile information

We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number, your text-message consent, or any opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time.

The only outside company that handles your number is the text-messaging carrier service we use to deliver the texts, and it uses your number only to deliver our messages. Text-message consent is not transferable. It applies only to OG Construction Crew Texts.

Opting out

You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation text and then no more messages. You can also ask us to stop by calling (907) 617-7484 or emailing OGconstructionPro@gmail.com. Reply HELP to any message for help. Opting out of texts does not affect your job; we will reach you another way.

How long we keep it

We keep your mobile number and your opt-in record while you work for OG Construction and as long as we are required to keep employment records. We keep a record of your opt-out so we never text you again by mistake.

Security

Mobile numbers are stored in OG Construction's own crew app. Access is limited to OG Construction administrators.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
