Building on Ketchikan ground
Building here starts with the site: steep and rocky lots, drainage, access for equipment and the reality that materials come in by barge. Good planning early on saves money, and we would rather talk through the site and schedule with you before anything is framed.
Inside the City of Ketchikan, new construction needs a building permit and inspections from the City; the Borough handles zoning. What applies depends on the property. We coordinate the permit and inspection process with you. Permit fees are not in our price; when OG pulls the permit, the fee is billed at cost.

Do you work from my plans?
Yes. If you have plans we will review them. If you are still at the idea stage, contact us and we can talk through what the next step is.
Do you build roofs as part of a new build?
Yes. Roofing is a core part of what we do, so the roof on a new build is our own work.
Can you build outside Ketchikan?
We are based in Ketchikan. Tell us where the project is and we will let you know.
