Common questions
What does the 5-year roof warranty cover?
It covers our workmanship on the roofs we install: if a leak comes from how we installed the roof, we come back and repair it. It does not cover the shingles themselves, which carry the manufacturer's warranty, or storm damage. Roof repairs are not covered by the 5-year warranty. Ask us for the written terms.
Can you repair a roof instead of replacing it?
Sometimes. A localized leak at a vent or flashing is often a repair. If the decking is soft or the roof is worn out, we will tell you honestly which one it is.
